How to use it
For this devkit to work you'll need a verion of Blender that allows exporting Collada files (the file type that Second Life uses for it's models.
I use 4.1.1 for this part. You can download it here
Of course, you don't have to use this version for your actual modelling work. I use 4.3.2 to create, then switch to 4.1.1 for exporting. It's as easy as saving, opening the project up in the other version, exporting then closing WITHOUT SAVING OVER IT PLS
Once you're set up and have something ready to export, use the below options

Make sure to only select the items you want to export. You don't need to select the armature itself! Make sure that the armature is referenced in the Armature modifier of the objects...and for that modifer NOT to be applied!
Once you've exported, you can upload the .dae file to Second Life and it should work just fine!
I'll explain this better in a guide sometime
What's in the devkit?
Here's a list of what's in the devkit:
- The Dairy Moo body for now
- The body's armature and basic animation for checking weights
- Three Boobs
- Hooves and Paws
- Alt Thighs
- Boob Shell Layers
What's not in the devkit?
Here's what you DON'T get:
- Body Shell Layers
- Textures
- Scripts
- UVs
The devkit could be seen as pretty limiting. If you've got ideas on how to make it better please let me know!
